- To be eligible to win, contestants must have a water well drilled by Hub Well Drilling Limited between January 1st and Dec. 30th, 2010.
- Contestants who choose to purchase a water pump system after having their water well drilled by Hub Well Drilling Limited will have that amount added to the well price to increase the amount of their possible winning prize.
- The winner will be reimbursed by Hub Well Drilling Limited the purchased price of their water well and also their pump system purchase (if sold by Hub Well Drilling Limited), less HST and subcontractors fees.
- The maximum limit of winnings is $10,000.00 and all contestants must have their account paid in full to be eligible for draw.
- This contest is applicable to residential water wells and pump systems only, and does not apply to closed loop geothermal boreholes, geothermal recharge wells, commercial or industrial water wells.
- Each water well or water well/pump combination will count as one ballot and will be entered into the draw.
- Hub Well Drilling Limited "Win Your Well" contest will be under the supervision of the Truro accounting firm Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
- The draw will be held on Friday, December 31st, 2010 at the office of The Truro Daily News.
- The winner's name will be announced in the Truro Daily News and 99.5 Cat Country Radio, as well as posted on our website - www.hubwelldrilling.ca.
- By entering this draw, contestants give consent to have their picture published in the Truro Daily News and Hub Well Drilling Limited website.
- Building contractors, plumbers, etc. are welcome to participate and are encouraged to submit the name of the home owner to be eligible for the draw.
